You may return an item (unworn and in its original packaging) within 30 days from the date you receive it.
HOW TO RETURN ITEMS TO OUR WAREHOUSE?
If you return an item to our warehouse, you will receive a refund (exchanges are not available). Please note that you must go through our return platform to process your return, or we will not be able to accept it.
HOW IT WORKS:
- Prepaid Express Return (£12): Create a return label and send your items back via DHL using our discounted rates. Return postage is deducted from your refund—no additional payment required.
TO RECEIVE YOUR REFUND, FOLLOW THESE STEPS:
- Select a package or box suitable for all items you plan to return.
- Visit our return portal at boldswardrobe.com, and choose your return method.
- Print the return label and securely attach it to the outside of your package.
HOW LONG UNTIL YOU ARE REFUNDED?
Once your returned items arrive at our warehouse, your refund will be processed promptly. The credit will be issued through our secure payment partner and may take up to 14 business days to reflect in your account. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is issued.
